Terms and Conditions

  1. Bay View operates a policy of NO SMOKING in the vehicles. Should you wish to smoke during your transfers/trip then arrangements can be made for a 'break' in the transfer/trip.
  2. Bay View operates a policy of NO FOOD/DRINK in the vehicles, unless arranged prior to transfer/trip. Any soiling of the interior due to food or drink will be charged at £25 in addition to the transfer/trip fee. Should you wish to take a refreshment break, then arrangements can be made for a 'break' in the transfer/trip.
  3. Any transfer/trip booked in excess of two weeks in advance are subject to a 10% non-refundable deposit, with the balance due on the day of transfer. The deposit is required to secure your transfer, and will not be refunded if the customer cancels the booking.
  4. Any transfer/trip booked with less than two weeks notice is subject to a 5% premium on the transfer/trip.
  5. Methods of Payment. The deposit is payable by cheque and should be posted to the business address in order to book your transfer/trip. The balance is due at the time of transfer in either cash or by cheque supported by a valid cheque guarantee card.
  6. In relation to the Personalisation of Service and the term 'Any Reasonable Request', the proprietors remain the only persons who can determine if a request is reasonable.
  7. The fees in relation to the Personalisation of Service will vary dependent upon exact request, but can be confirmed in writing prior to the transfer/trip, if required.
  8. Any person or legal guardian of a person responsible for causing damage to the vehicle will be required to pay for the damage caused in full in addition to the full transfer fee. At the driver's discretion, the transfer may be terminated at the point where the damage occurred.
  9. Any incident of malicious damage may be reported to the police.
  10. Any soiling of the interior due to spillages of bodily fluids will be charged at £50 in addition to the transfer/trip fee.
  11. Our driver(s) have the right to work in an environment where they are not subjected to verbal or physical abuse. Any such instances may be reported to the police.
